Like Josef Albers, my artwork is looking the connections between art, visual perception, and modern time. It is essential to think that the prehispanic symbols have a lot of means. So I consider it is possible to link its spirit with the color, those interconnections are related to visual narrations in association with the Mexican indigenous textiles and
clothing.

The concept that I choose is near to "what" by Kandinsky. He talks about such as spiritual food which, is necessary for the spiritual awakening. “’ What ’of former epochs but an artistic substance (the soul of art)“ (Wassily, K). This idea is inserting with "How" which is the body of "what". Similarly, my theme goes further, metaphoric and spiritually.
Since my artwork uses color through the narration depends on the emotions. If the feeling is sad or happy, nostalgic or melancholic, the colors change. I worked with it in “las etapas
de la Vida” because every story felt from different forms. On it, the colors never were the same. Another piece is about this concept is the “3 iconic stories” each was colored concerning its meaning.
In addition, I want to investigate synesthesia through sound, and its intersection with color, space, and time, like an interconnections game, with the quality to produce unreal memories into the viewer.
