As a sequence of the first step, I considered resorting to literature. In my searches remembered the book Popol Vuh because inside it, there are mythical, legendary, and historical narrations, and there are some stories about world creation.
These specific narratives were made by our ancestors, consequently including aspects of the Ancient culture. Immediately, I thought in the codex, that were manuscript books in which were wrote relevant information about the pre-Hispanic culture: their organization, customs, traditions, etcetera. Those texts are a source of wealth for understanding our origin, development, and thought.
I began to use the representation of the environment in that texts to modify the language through the images. In some cultures; as Maya, they get importance to astronomy because they considered that the stars are a spiritual portal for connecting with the different Gods. In that way, they studied the celestial bodies for many years.
In addition, in the video just as in the codex, you can perceive these relations between the constellations, nature, and Maya's world view. Intending return to the past through a new art language. Some media for that project was the Kaleidoscope that affords the merger of the concepts in images.
